Connie Carlson has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Since she began selling residential real estate in 2004 she has consistently been a top achiever - receiving #1 Top Producer in her office multiple times (2005, 2007, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016). She has earned Top Producing status in her local board at within the Keller Williams Southeast Region.
During 2008 and 2009, Connie was the Managing Broker for the Keller Williams Realty office in Atlanta, GA. During her time as Managing Broker she built the fastest growing commercial real estate division within KW Commercial - attracting 18 commercial agents to the office's newly developed commercial division in only a few months. Her office (along with the 5 other KW offices in the Rawls Group) won runner up as Atlanta Business Chronicles Best Places to Work in 2009.
Upon coming back to residential sales in 2010, Connie quickly picked her business back up. Connie’s focus is on helping Cobb County resale sellers and buyers. Keeping abreast of the latest technology and market trends and providing the highest level of customer service insures that Connie’s clients have both an enjoyable and rewarding home buying or selling experience.

Jim is an Atlanta native and Georgia Tech graduate who thoroughly understands the characteristics of this market. As a mortgage loan originator with Northpoint Mortgage, Jim maintains a comprehensive knowledge of Northpoint’s growing list of loan product offerings. He not only understands the importance of staying educated with the changing market, he also believes in working with his clients’ individual needs and schedules.
By making himself available to his clients at all times, Jim proves a great resource for both accurate and timely information. Staying current with loan options and products, educating clients to make informed decisions, and making the loan process a worry free experience, are among Jim’s primary goals in his business.
Jim has been a mortgage originator for the past 15 years, and has 10 years of manufacturing management experience, including roles as plant manager and business unit manager for Fortune 500 companies.
As a mortgage originator, Jim is very experienced with FHA, VA, conventional, Jumbo, short sales, foreclosures, construction and renovation and out of state lending.
